MyBarcode collects no data. That is not a stated intention but a consequence of how the application is built: there is no server able to receive your information.
Everything happens in your browser
Barcodes are generated by your own device. Your product references, prices, batch numbers and dates are never transmitted. They cannot be: the application has no back end to receive them.
No cookies, no trackers
The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser storage. That is why you see no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
No account, no sign-up
No email address is asked for, no password, no profile. There is nothing to create before you generate and download a code.
No third-party calls
No font, no script and no analytics tool is loaded from another domain. A visit contacts this site and nothing else.
What the host records
Like any website, the host — Netlify — keeps technical connection logs: IP address, timestamp and requested page. We do not consult them to identify anyone. That is the only data that exists, and it says nothing about your products.
Free, no watermark
The application is free with no usage limit. Exported files carry no mark and are entirely yours.
Check it yourself
Open your browser's developer tools, the Network and Application tabs. You will see that no request leaves this domain and that no cookie is set. That is the only proof worth having.
Site publisher
Full publisher details will be published along with the operating entity, currently being set up. This page already describes the data processing, which is settled: there is none.
